EPU 120: Changes in telephone contact numbers with effect
from 4th April 2005
The customs general Cargo Help line, formerly based at Heathrow
Airport, has been incorporated into the central Customs and
Excise "National Advice Service" facility, which operates
extended hours of 8am to 8pm, Mon - Fri.
The Telephone Number for all general enquiries is: 0845 010
9000.

and Gatwick) may be addressed to the appropriate section as
