We understand that the freight industry requires
flexibility in terms of working hours and because of this
ASM provides a technical support Helpdesk, available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year! For technical support

When possible, our team also provide on-site support
during software upgrades; in addition, site evaluations are
carried out with our Clients to ensure that their requirements
are being addressed promptly.
Our technicians are able to connect directly to a Customers
system via the web (usually done using VPN or VNC). This virtual
on site support means the technician can address the problem
directly, without actually having to be at the Customer site.
For security reasons, all connections need to be authenticated
by the Customer first.
A dedicated Business Account Manager within ASM ensures that
our Users are aware of future product development plans and
have an opportunity to discuss any current issues or specific
software requirements. Conducting Client visits, the Business
Account Manager can assist with revisions of your current
set-up or for potential Users, product demonstrations can
