24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year! For technical

When possible, our team also provide on-site support during software upgrades;
in addition, site evaluations are carried out with our Clients to ensure that
their requirements are being addressed promptly.
A dedicated Business Account Manager within ASM ensures that our Users are aware
of future product development plans and have an opportunity to discuss any current
issues or specific software requirements. Conducting Client visits, the Business
Account Manager can assist with revisions of your current set-up or for potential
Users, product demonstrations can be arranged.
