Change of address for the submissions of rejected imports claims (CIP3/2019)

Find out about the new address you need to send form C&E1179 to for repayment or remission claims.


Claims for repayment or remission of customs duties made under UCC Article 118 and Article 119 of Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 relating to rejected goods from outside of the EU, have in the past been processed by the National Duty Repayment Centre in Salford.

You need to submit a completed C&E1179 form, along with all supporting documents, as set out in refunds and waivers on customs debt, to the following address:
