Release 4.9.1 Guidance for traders

There will be a small CDS Release tomorrow that will deliver some live service fixes.

A fix will be applied on the 5^th November that will ensure the correct error message is generated if Country Code ‘EU’ is declared in Data Element 5/15. This is in response to an issue identified in Release 4.9.0 and publicised on 2nd October 2025
