Update to the Cash Account Dashboard

As part of release 4.8.0, HMRC will shortly introduce updates to the Cash Account section of the Manage your Import Declarations and VAT Accounts (MIDVA) service on the Customs Declaration Service (CDS).

As part of the update, you no longer need to contact HMRC to generate a Cash Account Dashboard report for more than 5,000 transactions.
