Update to the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) import and export reports service - 13 November 2025

HMRC confirm that the free to use Get Customs Data for Import and Export Declarations Service will be available to access from Thursday 13 November 2025 after 3pm. 

This service will replace the MSS reports that are currently provided.

Please note, recent declarations may not show up in your reports for today, this should be resolved from Friday 14 November. 

Private Beta update

During the Private Beta (28 August 2025 to 7 November 2025), 22 unique users accessed the service resulting in:

• 94 sessions
• 169 report downloads

The key findings were:

• Missing XI EORI data
• Inability to Search Multiple EORIs
• Data Formatting (to reflect existing report formatting)

Fixes and solutions have been identified and are scheduled for implementation. Until these fixes are implemented the above information will not be available.
