Workaround for certain Northen Ireland Location of Goods Codes

Validation was added to CDS on 14th June 2025 (with the deployment of CDS release 4.8.0) to restrict the use of Additional Information Codes NIDOM & NIIMP to declarations on which the Location of Goods code declared in DE 5/23, is a recognised Northern Ireland location.

Unfortunately, a small number of Northern Ireland Location of Goods codes have erroneously been omitted from this validation and cannot currently be used on import declarations.
