Archiving data

The Sequoia Archiving application is a simple and efficient way to access all your historic Sequoia data.

It frees up space in the Sequoia database, can improve the responsiveness of Sequoia and allows anyone you want to search for old records simply by using a web browser. They don’t need to have access to the Sequoia application.

The archive stores details of jobs, declarations, shipments, agent inventory records, consolidations, transit movements, sales invoices, collection and delivery notes, air waybills/bills of lading, manifests and user added documents.

You can search the archive easily using any of the key references (job reference, AWB number, DUCR etc).

All the documents stored in Sequoia (including any you added yourself) can then be viewed and/or printed as required.
